About: Yvonne McCarthy is a health and wellness coach who specializes in helping others. After 30 years of obesity I was able to break free from the prison that held me captive through the miracle of weight loss surgery. . For the last 8 years my passion has been to help others on their weight loss journey so it could be possible to avoid the pit falls that so many are not aware of. I am equally passionate about helping them understand the mechanics, the root of the problem, and how the surgery is really the smallest part of the recovery process.
