I RECENTLY BROUGHT UP SOME SUPRESSED MEMMORIES BY SEEING AN OLD PHOTO 30YRS LATER. I WAS MOLESTED BY A PRIEST AT 14YRS OLD WHEN I WAS AN ALTERBOY ATTENDING CATHOLIC SCHOOL.I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY VICTIM BUT I FOUND SOME ARTICLES THAT SHOWED HE WAS THE KING OF PEDOPHILER AND THE BISHOPS KNEW AND KEPT MOVING HIM TO OTHER CHURCHES. I HAVE SOME MUCH REAL ANGER NOW THAT SURFACED I’M LOSING CONTROL AND IT MAY BE TO LATE TO SUE FOR DAMAGE ALTHOUGH I STILL HAVE THE SCARES AND PAIN. TOO LATE MY BUNS |

I Rambo. I’m so sorry you’ve endured such a painful experience. Thank you for being brave and sharing your story. Your anger is understandable and wanting to gain back your sense of control. Have you ever talked to anyone about this in person? It’s natural to want a sense of vindication. Our minds are interesting, in that memories that are too painful get pushed down from consciousness as a natural defense mechanism. I want you to look at your surfacing anger as really a sign that you are strong enough to deal with it, and move forward to a place of peace. It’s okay to be angry. I believe when such memories surface, it is really helpful to have someone there with you for support. Someone to lean on. I’m very glad and proud of you for reaching out here. You are not alone. What do you need to find a sense of peace? In what ways have you demonstrated that you are a survivor? We will be here for you. With Care, Life Coach Nova |
