Hello everyone – Coach Joanna here, looking to help you start the week off great through talking about ways to create less stress and more joy in our lives!

First things first, have we said what we’re grateful for today?

I am grateful for:

1) My friendship with my sister
2) The beauty of nature – I was just at the Carlsbad flower fields this weekend and it was great.
3) The book “Me Talk Pretty One Day” by David Sedaris. I have never laughed out loud like this while reading a book!
