Your boss does not want to lose you!

When we get upset with our job situation, it is common to just decide to look for another job. But, before you take that route, you need to know that your current employer really wants to keep you. It is costly and time consuming to replace you so your boss is motivated to try to make you happy. Consider the issues that are causing your dissatisfaction and determine if they could be corrected. If so, try to have a private conversation with your boss and share your concerns. If you have suggestions for how to solve the situation, bring them up. You may be surprised to find that your boss will be a supporter and try to help fix the situation. A much better solution for all.
