Hi all: My second topic today is that darn diet saboteur: comfort eating. One chip, two chip, three chip . . . four! When does this boil up for you? How do you deal with it. I love using food journals to track how much I eat and when. I notice some interesting time trends . . . like 11am and 3:30pm — I am almost always noshing. So now I arm myself with string cheese and apples. If I snack, at least it will be healthy! Share your comforting eating struggle or strategy with me, I’d love to road test them and I’m sure others in here would, too. |
